Opening hours:
Monday to Friday: 7 am to 9:30 pm

Saturdays: 10 am to 1 pm

Sundays: 10:30 am to 12:30 pm (except August)

Clases

BASIC WOD / INTRO

1-hour classes where you will learn the basic concepts and movements of CrossFit. These are classes with weight and technique adaptations for athletes who are starting out in this sport.

WOD

Workout of the Day. One hour class lead and supervised by one of more coaches. Each class consists of a General Warm-up, Specific Warm-up, Skill or Strength work and the main part of the workout when we implement our potential.

OB

Open Box. Open Box. One hour to freely use the facilities and the material at your disposal. There will always be a coach to help you or to clarify any doubt.

OLYMPIC LIFTING

One hour class lead and supervised by one or more coaches. The class is focused on learning and improving Olympic lifting, one of primary pillars of Crossfit.

GYMNASTICS

One hour class lead and supervised by one or more coaches. This class is focused on learning and improving gymnastic movements applied in Crossfit. It is another primary pillar of this sport.

ENDURANCE

One hour class lead and supervised by one coach. Focused on improving your cardiopulmonary endurance.
