INTRO
One hour practical and theory class where you can learn basic Crossfit concepts and movements. The class is essential in order to familiarize yourself with the basics of Crossfit that will help you progress in the future with absolute safety. It is obligatory to do four hours of training for Crossfit beginners.
WOD
Workout of the Day. One hour class lead and supervised by one of more coaches. Each class consists of a General Warm-up, Specific Warm-up, Skill or Strength work and the main part of the workout when we implement our potential.
OB
Open Box. One hour to freely use the facilities and the material at your disposal. There will always be a coach to help you or to clarify any doubt.
OLYMPIC LIFTING
One hour class lead and supervised by one or more coaches. The class is focused on learning and improving Olympic lifting, one of primary pillars of Crossfit.
GYMNASTICS
One hour class lead and supervised by one or more coaches. This class is focused on learning and improving gymnastic movements applied in Crossfit. It is another primary pillar of this sport.
ENDURANCE
One hour class lead and supervised by one coach. Focused on improving your cardiopulmonary endurance.
